WILLIAMS INVESTMENT COMPANY has been a family owned and operated business since 1975. Doug and Amy Williams own & operate along with their daughters, Jodi & Bethany, who manage the business. WIC has provided 1,000’s of residents housing over the years. We work hard to develop good relationships with our tenants and take care of our properties. WIC credits their hardworking team and maintenance staff with keeping the company serving and caring for our tenants and maintaining our properties.
Jodi is WIC's newest edition as Chief Financial Officer and brings a ton of expertise to our team! Recently retired with 20 years' experience from Social Security, she has developed such a strong skill set with all things accounting while building relationships with people! She is excellent with numbers, giving WIC confidence in all matters with money and numbers.

Bethany is WIC's Chief Operating Operator and brings hands-on property management and great tenant relations. She is involved in all the details of the business and brings energy, expertise and genuine care for the tenants and properties. She is a business graduate from King University and played 4 years of basketball where she helped lead the Tornado to the National Tournament in her final year of college.

Bowie Investment company was founded in 1960 by a young hard working couple who were an extremely talented team in the entrepreneur world. Through their early start of selling and building Esther Williams swimming pools, they met site developer for Phillip 66 gas stations, Dick Colter when building a pool for him. He recognized their honesty and talent and ask it they would like to develop sites for Phillip 66 gas stations along the "soon to be built" Interstate 81. This was the beginning of many more years of commercial and residential development in Southwest Virginia & Northeast Tennessee, Kentucky, and W Va. Over their lifetime they developed, leased and sometimes operated Phillip 66, Western Steers, Waffle House, Omelet Shop,
Taco Bell, Perkins, Dunkin Donut, Econo Travel, Microtel, Kroger Center & more!
Today their 4 children (Betty, RIchard, Amy & Nancy) continue to own and operate the family business. Tom Carter and Amy Bowie Williams are the operating managers in the day to day operations for the company. The businesses remain strong and vibrant through their leadership as they continue the established leases while creating new developments into the 21st century.
