Application Criteria:
The Rental Application is $45 per adult. Anyone 18 years or older must complete an application.
1. Credit History
We do not have a minimum score required, but items in collections could be reason for denial.
Immediate red flags are these items in current collections:
utility bills, auto loans, cell phone bill and the like.
2. Employment/Income Verification
It is required to have a verified source of income.
We require proof of income with pay stubs or SSI Statements.
3. Criminal Background
This checks both Local and National criminal records. If you do have a record, please let us know beforehand as depending on offense, it could be reason for denial.
4. Landlord References
We require at least 3 years of residential history.
5. Proof of Identification
Anyone 18 years or older must provide a valid photo ID.
